I can't seem to download a torrent or Stream more than 360p
Any advice on which VPN has been effective (more for torrent use)

I understand that but some users have had some luck with the streaming using a vpn , my main concern is for torrents i can deal with the 360p doesn't bother me

WIndscribe. Build a plan per location with unlimited data and ROBERT adblock is only $2 per month. Cheap as chips. Although they advise not to torrent from SA servers it's a guideline and not a rule.

Can't torrent on the free version AFAIK.

Torrents work on VPN. There's so much movies and series on the streaming services, what do you have to download.
I must say since the Lockdown, I have started to appreciate local content on Showmax.
