Kindly assist

I have a 4G unlimited rain WiFi, today around 12 it disconnected it self and I have rebutted my phone several times but still on Emergency call only. I have submitted a request to the network provider but they take very long to respond. Does anyone know what could be the problem.?

check if your debit order went off, mine didn't and my account was suspended - i believe that they had a glitch with their system.

login to your account, it will inform you if your account was not paid, and, you can pay it directly on the website
 
According to my account my next payment date is on 1st of August.
And I spoke to someone from their call center and he confirmed that my next bill will be on the 1st of August.

I have send 1million requests on your support website but DOLOLO respond . Pooor poooor Service am regretting everything about this network.
