Have been client since November and have had debt order since day one with no issues. Get email now saying I missed payment. Anyone else get this recently?
 
I got an odd email saying they debited me the wrong amount - so there was the debit amount then a reversal.. not sure whats going on because there wasn't another amount that went off

Mine also never went off , I logged in and paid it.
 
Seems to be FNB issue I'm told.


Go into your dashboard. Pop up should come up prompting you to pay.

No popup appeared on my dashboard :-| have DMed rain on here to see if they can help. Thanks tho

Got contacted by rain rep here and the process was explained - all clear my end

Do anybody else have this account suspended due to non payment today .
I pay with Debit order for the last 6 months , they have not even tried to take the debit. No transaction on my account for RAIN in the last 3 days

Hi, the Rain dashboard has issues. Can't pay arrears. And I'm offline now.

@rain_mobile My debit order also didn't go off. If I do a manual payment, is it going to bite me in the ass with a double payment via the debit order going off later?

EDIT: Paid and will see. Couldn't be arsed to wait for a reply. Rain's Twitter account just copy/pastes generic replies as well.

i have had the same issue this month 3 days later and many emails , but no reply and no correct debit order
