The first rule about fight club, you don't talk about fight club :p

Fight club? What fight club? I have no idea what you on about. ;)

Stepping away from rain 5g for a minute, because its not really available anywhere, our ISP's and network providers need to catch a wake up. Living in a 'lower' LSM area is a pain. You're looked over when it comes to connectivity. It's all good and well that the cost of fibre has dropped dramatically, but it doesn't help if its not available to you. For what most people in my area are paying for ADSL, they would be more than happy to switch to fibre, even at 10mbps. Then people like me can go for the faster speeds to make it viable for the ISP's.

I've been searching and making queries for years now wrt a fibre connection, always 'not yet available in your area'. I know for a fact that fibre has been laid, I'm guessing its just not lit. Hence me looking ever so expectantly at RAIN's 5G service. No joy here either, yet. Guess I'm going to have to wait even longer.

Quite horrible, but i'm putting that through to network congestion. At 2am I get speeds of around 50Mbps. But at any reasonable hour, when you want to be streaming, I'm averaging 6Mbps, but mostly lower.

Was thinking of ordering the 5G CPE just for the aggregation, and check if that helps, even if I dont have 5G coverage. Its a lot of money to be spending though, as I will be paying for the 5g, and my current 4g sims.
