I am really struggling.
I bought this and paid R999 and it was delivered. Got RICAd and I connected the hardware.
I can connect the the router but there is no internet connection. I cannot browse the web at all and now cannot even go into that IP 192.x.x.1 IP address. I am supposed to work from home and this is what I am dealing with. Also, don't they have a number to call so that I can talk to someone and they can give clear directions. Oh so frustrated!
