    Rain5G router never worked since it was delivered.

    Please help. Since My rain 5G router has never had internet connection since I received it and I have tried to contact Rain, log calls and move the router around without any success. It only shows one light (see picture attached)

    rain 4g unlimted

    hi when i started with rain i managed to get good download speeds . recently i upgraded to the 4g unlimited . the up to 10 meg was never reached i hardly get above 3 meg download and most of the time i am stuck on 2 meg connection anybody else having the same issue
