the network has been down now for majority part of the day
would there be some sort of compensation or are we going down the same route as Eskom - we should just be grateful that we do have the services?

Their network has been stable for almost 6 months solid
something must be going down ... but more so it would be appreciated if they gave us a heads up on it or could even give an ETA for it to be back up
this gets really frustrating when you left in the 'dark'
