I cancelled my Rain 5G after they increased my price from R599 to R799 for a 70mbps download and a 3mbps upload speed. They have become crazy

As far as I know whatever happened resolved itself I was off for about 8 hours. But it worked at 5am before I left for work. So I'll test when I get home and confirm if I do need more help thanks.
