Since a week ago my download speeds have been pathetic, was working great the months prior.
With work coming back this level of speed is very worrying for video conference calls and such as this could impact the work environment.

Is there anything that can be done ?
Is this a congestion or routing problem, is there anything I can do to improve it or must look for a better mobile internet provider.

My Broadband Speed Test
Ping: 34ms
Download: 2.82Mbps
Upload: 23.77Mbps

TLDR of the solution, received a copy paste email solution for the router, to check settings and such things.

Replied to the email informing them that there were no problems on the router, did not receive a response.
Sent a couple more emails, never got a response.

Tried to hard set the frequency on the router to the same band as rain uses, no use.

At the end of the day, mounted my router outside on the roof. Thank goodness it seemed to have fixed the signal problem I got out of nowhere.

I assume they rerouted me to a different tower that had worse signal, at the end of the day I still have no idea, might be related to the band changes they made removing the 4G band from the routers.

Rain is not the most stable but at least it gets the job done if you can't have fibre.

I am glad to hear that everything is sorted out
