Am I the only one who is being tormented by Rain? I ordered a 5G router in May 2020 and unfortunately I couldn’t get a connection although the website states that my area has 5G coverage. I then requested that they cancel my account and arrange for the router to be collected but they haven’t responded to any of my emails and they keep debiting my account, they’ve done this 3x already and I am honestly running out of options.
