want to tap more into the cape flats aquifer...and if they can get it right, recyled/reclaimed waste water/seweage is cheaper than desalination, so might go that route, but not that publically acceptable, and unclear if treatment would get rid of PFAS, drugs etc

despite all the rain this summer the mountain is on fire this morning

I suspect it started last night already since the firetrucks were making a noise around 7

We do now, and yes. Fires caused during autumn and winter are usually done so by bergies. We have a year-round problem with them next to our estate, and actively engage with CoCT about the general issue.
