Rain & Asus Routers

I purchased an Asus Router and can't find anything on how to set it up using a USB dongle
On the Asus user interfaceI It only shows MTN, Vodacom & Telkom and everywhere I've looked I can't find a way to set it up on the rain APN and due to our current situation it's been difficult getting a hold of Rain themselves, is there anything I can do to set it up?

From the specs you can see it a 3G router not LTE. Rain only support LTE en 5G.

It a Cat 4 router maybe someone can list a Cat 6(Can find one at the moment).
