Hi , Can @rainsouthafrica please assist me to cancel my service ASAP, i got it less than a week ago, and its not working, i have asked and logged a call yesterday to cancel my service! I have never seen such poor service ever and i thought Rain was good. All other ISP's have some sort of a call centre and service running in Covid time, surely an ISP should have perfected the "Work from home" already...(like the other ISP's) i am very disappointed.
