Rain cancelation

@rain_mobile will not cancel your internet, they have not done mine for almost a month. I am going to report as fraud if they do not cancel today. I suggest we all do the same. @rain_billing please advise if this is how you treat customers? I am sure no one on this whole thread has been helped.

Hi Rain, i would also like to cancel my 5G home basic, I've sent in multiple tickets but nobody gets back to me, as it was only delivered and activated yesterday i would also like my 7 day refund.
