I have been using rain for 2 months now. My residence is 0.28km from the nearest access point, yet I get shockingly poor connection speeds. The average speeds I get is between 0.8 and 1mbps. I have made numerous phone calls and lodged many tickets. More than a fair few emails have been sent but this still has not been resolved.
Rain has good service. I know this because at work I can get up to 20mbps.
All I want is for someone to contact me and to help solve the problem. I need good internet at home because of I have 2 jobs and my second job requires wifi.

If your second job only requires WiFi, then you don't need an internet connection at all...
You do realize that the point you are trying to make is completely non-sensical and irrelevant. I am guessing that you are a full time troll, or you wouldn't be posting such trivial comments on forum posts of people looking for assistance!

The tower/cell you connect to at home is oversubscribed.

What are your signal stats at home?
What router do you have?

WiFi and an internet connection are two completely different things... So no, the point is not at all trivial..

Hi @McKenzieEST

Please provide me with your email via PM.

Hi Guys, Dwight Shrute here.

Question, how do I change the Antenna settings on the LTEView App. Currently, it's just greyed out. In the Shrute family, we all use Huawei B315-936 4G routers.

Depends on if your router has external antenna connectors. If not, you cant. Try using LTEHMonitor - www.ltehmonitor.com.

That allows antenna selection.
