Rain continously drops signal

hi Ive had Rain 5 G for about 2 months now and it was brilliant, speed above 400 megs conssitently
Lately ive noticed that the signal keeps dropping and loses connectivety for about 15 seconds and then drops to 1.6 m per second1
Tried to speak to Rain chat for support and they tell me the 5G tower ids down and i t should go to 4g, which i can undestand but they cant tell me why it keeps dropping!
Ive found a website Cellmapper and on that website there is no Rain towers within about 10 kms from but there are Cell C towers, which leads me to think rain uses Cell C towers therefore the can do nothing about the technical issues that rain customers are having!
Any one else having similar issues? or is tehre a Rain representative on here who can answer my Questions?

If the tower is down they will be fixing the issue keep on them 2 to 5 days give or take and ask for a credit.

Post your cell ID you can get this if you log in to the router and looking at the signal stats.

Yes switch to 4g it dose but my 4g zone is so flooded I can't even get 1mb down when this happens.

Ive looked for signal stsats and i cant find them please show me where i can get them Thanks

Is there an app i can use that will coninously monitor my connection an plot or indicate when my reception drops

The signal has been behaving a bit strange for me too since load shedding. I have a suspicion that some of the towers I connect to is in a separate load shedding area, so they go down even when I have power. Not sure how the jumping around of the signal works then.

I am very happy that I don't have to support this kind of infrastructure with load shedding and battery theft, poor guys must be having a hard time.
