Does anyone else besides me have ongoing problems with RAIN customer service or more corrector lack of customer service? I cancelled my subscription on 13 April and RAIN carried on billing me for 4 months. I finally got RAIN to respond and cancel my service through this forum after no success with direct contact. RAIN said they would reimburse me once the tower was collected. It was collected several months ago and despite several requests for reimbursement and annoyingly providing my bank account details twice, nothing has happened. RAIN are stealing from their customers. What do I do - is there an ombudsman?
