I'm trying to get in touch with rains support people. Thanks to the lock down the call center is dead, and I've emailed them about more than enough times, and even did it through their website, but no answer ever!!!

Anyone who could help me please?

Thanks

Hi there Ngoni, this must be the Easter Bunny present for us! Lol

1. Why is there absolutely no reply back from many emails I've sent Rain?
2. I've got a 24.7 sim with you guys in a new Huawei B315s 936 and the download speed is so bad that I want to burn rain till it evaporates. I have tried everything I can to make a small few mbps higher! From setting to 4G only, apn set to rain, and I'm still a snai

Well

1. You can always move to other providers. We do not care.
2. If the download speeds are not good, well ain't nothing more we can do. Take it or leave it
3. It is just not meant to be.

The Easter Bunny and rain's support is housed in the same building. Both are not responding currently, but at least we know the Bunny have a good excuse not to - he's still hiding eggs all over.

Great idea!!! I'll go stand right next to the rain tower now that I know where it is and invite my friends also on rain and we download like its goimg out of town!
How about I take the transmitter down from the building and all its goodies and hang it on my tree, seeming as you don't care!!!

Ja sadly as on my broadband, and all the other forms, it once rained wonderfully! There was plenty of rain packets of data all over!!!!

Sadly, like the clouds that build up and hold plenty water and also disappear,
Rains cloud is slowly running out.... To the next , fiber thanks

Whoever that is ... they not from rain

Rain employees have Rain sim cards, hence why there is no feedback from them...

Well honestly this is because they either live near or no exactly what to do ...

But they also no which band is supported on there towers and which towers are where ..

For us we need to do a little digging or I mean we have to really dig deep for that gold and if we seem to find something it’s just a piece of nothing not more than a stone that means nothing

If you're far away from the tower, just get a high gain antenna like the xpol-6 if it is compatible with your router. We live far away from ours and we're fine.

I'm 2km from tower with xpol-6 external antenna, rain still crap

Also I need to understand if you connected to a tower that supports only 1800mhz and it’s congested can you get a antenna that will reach a tower that’s far away and get proper speeds if that tower is not congested?
