I'm been trying since Saturday the 04th July to get hold of you people. I have emailed so many times since then but no reply. This is very unprofessional I understand that due to the lock down the call center is closed. But at least someone can respond to emails. I need assistance with my delivery and billing.

This is now the how much email I have sent to get this sorted. I am utterly disgusted in the service received. I understand that the call center has limited staff on duty to answer calls. I tried calling yesterday after wasting almost R150 on airtime alone waiting in the que to be answered. I have been disconnected once I have been put on hold by the consultant after she went to go and find out my query then she comes back after 20minutes of holding for her she disconnects the call. Where are your people's customer service skills? !!!!! I have sent many email but no reply. There is no option to do an online chat which is very modern these days can't believe that Ram couriers does not have that option of online chat. I will be putting this on Hello Peter as the service received is pathetic. I hope that after this email I will be getting a reply. They came to deliver yesterday I wasn't at home as I stated I work away from Home so I am wanting someone at home to sign for the parcel. I have been trying since Saturday to get hold of Rain and Ram couriers but to no avail. So the simcard is now in the possession of Ram couriers who said yesterday they would deliver today. So today I go online to check delivery for today so I go to track the parcel and nothing shows that it is out for delivery today.

What is going on here? Am I going to need to spend another R150-R300 airtime to not get anywhere, am I going to need to send emails all day long and not get any replies. How far is your backlog seriously? The service is very poor, that's just putting it lightly.

So my story for the 100th time again. I ordered a Rain simcard from the rain website on the 04th JUly 2020. Being a weekend I emailed them several times until now I have not been contacted by Rain to assist with my query. Then the sms comes through from Ram couriers yesterday that the parcel is being delivered when I ordered the sim I did not know who the delivery people where otherwise I would have tried to contact them then to state my case. After the sms came through I've been calling all day wasting my airtime to get through. I received an email from Ram customer care yesterday after emailing them my case. Sent numerous emails yesterday until now no reply. I went online today to track & trace the parcel. It does not show that my parcel is out for delivery as per the delivery guys yesterday. I am so utterly disgusted in the service how hard is it to reply to someone via an email.

I'm going to post this on Hello Peter today as I know I will be waiting again all day for an email that will never come.

I have had no 5G Signal since 5H30am this morning.

Cannot post anything on the Rain website, says "ERROR OCCURED", this is ridiculous service from Rain.
