Rain customer support Help!!!

It appears Rain has gone bad. There are dozens of negative comments about Rain posted on Hello Peter this month and they all concern zero customer support for new customers. Rain does not even contact customers within the 48 hours they say they will and has disabled their customer support incoming telephone line yet continues to invoice new subscribers. This makes it difficult to cancel your service which of course is deducted from your credit card each month. Their online RICA system is not functioning properly but their online invoicing certainly still works well. Check Hello Peter and you will see they are not even responding to recent complaints to their customers there either. Something has changed at Rain.
 
Anyone know if RAIN 4G supports VOIP?
Emailed support 3 times, but no response, also sent PM to rain_mobile
Freshphone don’t know
 
@rain_mobile I’ve cancelled my 24/7 sim (still have my other sims active) at the beginning of last month, received cancellation email that it will be terminated at the end of July but I was billed for this month. I’ve emailed several times and tried to contact you via twitter. I cannot find a number on the website to call through so can you please help me get my refund.

May i ask if there is a query i could assist you with ?
 
I too am trying to get a hold of rain but they are adamant about giving their customers poor service it would seem, No one responding to emails, No one in the call centre, Funny how you guys could call me to ask me to try out your product but when i want to return the product because of its poor peformance then i cant seem to get a response.

Please note that we bill in arrears, you cancelled your sim in July the cancellation takes effect on the 1st of August as well as your last bill, hence the charge.

Been down that road, pathetic service.
Blaming Covid situation for lack of customer service is just passing the buck.
 
Yes customer support is very pathetic. We have logged three tickets. First problem is that you cannot see on the site the tickets you logged and second is that we have logged this long ago and to date no response whatsoever.
1st ticket - 8 July 2020 - 1955321
2nd ticket - 3 August 2020 - 2261372 (due to no response on above ticket)
3rd ticket - 12 August 2020 - 3003126 (due to no response on above tickets)

This is because we believe that we received a secondhand/repaired/refurbish router because the seal was broken on the Huawei box when we opened the brown packaging box. Every time we run a speed test, the router reboots itself.

Hi Guys. Anybody know how to contact rain customer support? I want to re-activate my SIM but it’s their chat function is nowhere to be found on the site and can’t locate any sort of phone number.
