Rain customer support Help!!!

Hi Rain Rep, one of my contacts on Facebook informed me that they have started to erect 5G towers in Durban, if that is correct then could you give me a timeline as to when Rain 5G will go live, I tried rain for a while till the speeds deteriorated, I now have adsl with max speed of 10Mbps and am looking forward for 5G.

So then I should probably stop dreaming that 5G is coming to Durban. Your CEO did say that 5G will be available before end of 2020, is that still possible or should I also dream about getting fibre, I guess no one at Rain would like to go on record, regarding my question, but is it in the pipeline or wateva.

Also is it okay if instead of paying rain R480 every month I pay rain R4.80 for the shitty speeds I get?

Good day I have rain internet for 4 years now I never ever had a problem at all it started to get slow this year in January from 20Mbps to 0.8Mbps I have sent over 33 emails to rain and ony answered me twice and they alway its the modem and settings is wrong. I got a new modem and reload my windows then to make matters worst they quick to ask there 479 very quick but they can't even help there customers this so unprofessional from a company they don't care about one customer but they quick to take the money. I am technician so I know about towers and about speed how rain talk such crap to people instead of just being honest and say they are over loaded with people and can't keep up with the load, no they lie and take the money that's all they do they shunt down the chat service because they new this was going happen. They don't even have a honest bone to let me know what's happening or even to pick a phone and call a customer that's with them for 4 years wow, how can a boss of a company not even worrie about taking people's money and offer the worst service ever not even Telkom offer such crap service and I know Telkom has bad service at times but rain takes the cake. Then I herd rain offering someone a credit for 2 months because of the bad service and speed but when I asked about this no answer this person who got it lives in the same road as me how messed is that I would pay more at Telkom than to struggle with rain I can't even play online without getting kick off for high latency don't talk about youtube that's even worst with rain like I said 4 year with them never had a problem I could watch in HD YouTube played online no problem but now it's not even worth it no more just wasting money or better yet giving free money to rain and they laugh at us complaining and don't care one bit if they did they would made the effort to help there customers or even send all their customers and email saying this the problem we having bare with us then we mos know what's going on but no don't even have the decency to do that now you tell me that says alot about the boss of rain and this company so people think twice before going with rain like said I am getting 0.8Mbps to this day and no help from them and its not the modem or settings.
 
Rain should be penalized for every minute that a sim is cut off because of load. I would say 25c for every minute.
That way I would not have to pay anything month end, haha. That's how long I am disconnected during the month.
I will start to find out the contact details of the leaders of rain and start spamming them with emails. Then move on to employees and start spamming them. If I see one at the mall... You'll be so irritated with me you'll leave the mall on your own accord.
 
I am busy with something like that but online they don't care about us so I will put them in a bad light they don't care about us so I won't care about them

I have been getting the worst service from Rain, they refuse to acknowledge that the sim is faulty.

A very inexperienced technician was sent through to me to resolve my 5G Rain service. So inexperienced in fact that I had to show him how to log into and navigate the interface of the router.
While he was there, he asked me to test my other rain sim (4G) in the router and it worked fine but the 5G sim refused to work. We agreed that it was a sim fault.

HOWEVER, the support guys back at the office that he was chatting to to assist him refused to acknowledge this whatsoever! Instead it was only when they were running tests on my router/network/whatever that they discovered that one of the 5G towers were down!

In light of this, I refused to pay my account at the 1st of this month for both the sims because the 5G was still not working by then! I have paid for it now and the 5G is still not working! This is absolutely shocking!!!!!
 
Yo i struggle a lot i have paid to weeks ago received 3 sin cards and still no one work i send emails and meseengers but no one is calling me back or respond. Can some one please please help me

Could someone contact me from rain about 12 tickets logged in the last 2 weeks and no joy. I want immediate cancelation as rain cant provide the service they promised and I have absolutely no usage of my network

Subscribed to RAIN R479/month no limit 4G on 16/11/2020. What bunch of scammers. No customer support, no number that you can contact them on, AND NO INTERNET. The most I get is 0.0Mbps or about 10Kbps occasionally. For the last 48hrs no connection at all.
