Hi Guys

I cant be the only one seeing this. I have roughly 20 Rain sims and not a single one is connecting to the network. Spoke to Axxess and this is what they say

"The issue has not yet been confirmed ny RAIN therefor no ETA has been provided as yet. We too are awaiting feedback. "

So they have acknowledged that there is a issue

Anyone else having issues?

"Thank you I noted the username and have sent it to management along with all the other affected services. We will be adding a notice to the noticeboard once the issue has been confirmed. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. "

Rain works very well if it wasn't for the continuous connection drops every few minutes or sometimes seconds. @rain_mobile how can I get this sorted out? Lots of people working from home and we need a stable connection.

Are you on 4G or 5G? If on 5G then some guys have had better stability by locking the 5G signal and selecting n78 as the band

I am on 5G. I did see you can lock it but not sure about all the settings involved. Maybe will look into it a bit more.

I saw now you can change it to n78, then it does some form of search, but can't see the progress. Will have to see what happens I guess.

So i locked mine and for some reason it doesn't stay selected after i click Apply but it definitely did something as my speeds improved. You can leave the other settings as-is - no need to change them. Try that and fixing the Antenna (System >Antenna) and play around with the Combine Index - screenshot of mine below

I actually have done this, my issue is not my speed, my issue is the constant drops in my connection.

I had constant reboots as well last night for some reason so i factory reset everything, fixed antenna and locked 5G and haven't had a drop all day today. If you can factory reset maybe give that a try as a last resort

Thank you very much for your advice. I did the hard reset and applied settings but nothing changed. Today I decided to make a plan to raise my router higher and saw a improvement. Signal is a bit stronger and so far no more drops. Will keeep testing. Seems higher is always better.
