Rain Downgrade Horror!!!

So I've been using RAIN since last year September and I was on the R479 24/7 package. Last year Dec I downgraded to the R299 24/7 package and got an email saying the downgrade will be effective on the 1st of Jan 2021. When the day came I was still not downgraded up to this day. I had a conversation with one of their agents who was super rude and had told me that the downgrade will take place in Feb even though the email stated Jan. It's now Feb and I'm still not downgraded. Can someone help me fix the issue?
