hey so I want to let you guys know. Send them a direct message on twitter, they helped me and were super helpful and fixed my issue the very next day .

Yeah, we're not buying it. If they can't sort out problems on their main chat service on their website (mostly because those people stick to scripts and are largely pointless), then this is as bad as the three months that CW had issues.

I was interested in Rain, but holy hell this is beyond ****ed up.
