Rain has failed to deliver

So I decided to try out Rain's free unlimited data option to test out their network. I was surprised that they gave a delivery date of the following day. Well today is that day and I have received nothing. After chatting to support they informed me that they are having technical issues and that my money will be refunded within 7 days.

So it's not a great start for them as they have failed to deliver the product that I ordered and they failed to communicate with their customers.

I did EVERYTHING thy asked of me.....APN, 24H wait.... contacted customer service!.....waited and waited!!!!!
And now I feel like shooting somebody.

hey so I want to let you guys know. Send them a direct message on twitter, they helped me and were super helpful and fixed my issue the very next day .
