RAIN : Impossible to order

I am in Cape Town and tried to order the new 24/7 LTE package for R479. I already have an existing R250 package.
When I reach the delivery screen, my home address is already populated there but when I proceed it is telling me that I must enter a correct address.
I have noticed a map on the right hand side and it shows my current location, but since I am at work it shows Pretoria even though I am in Cape Town, meaning they are tracking my location.
I then tried from my cellphone and that map showed my accurate location in Cape Town but still stuck on delivery screen.
Sent emails to Rain and response yet, I waited on their live chat for a very long time and no response.

I Assumed then that you can only order from your delivery address so that the location map on their screen could match the pre-populated address on screen, which is 100% correct. Weird but why not because I am desperate:crying:.
I then tried to order from home and got the same error message that I must enter a correct address even though addresses match.

I have no idea what is going on there and Rain has not responded to my emails begging for assistance. Today their chat service is not live, you can only drop a message which I did early this morning and still no response yet.

If you know how to bypass that screen, kindly assist, I am so desperate!
