Rain Invoice Request Ignored - Poor service

I reported this to you on a private message 10 days ago and you responded that it has been escalated. I am yet to receive assistance.
I am trying to download my invoices from your site but it has been saying "generating invoice" : "We’re are in the process of generating your invoice. This won't take long. Please try again later .Thanks,rain If you have any queries, please get in touch on 081 610 1000 or email [email protected]." This has been for some hours and days.
The support email address is no longer in use and contact us on your website allocates a reference but in 1.5 weeks nobody has responded.

Please could I have my invoices from 1 March 2021 to 31 November 2021 sent to me?
You have my details on a private message and are now ignoring my follow ups.
This information is required by SARS so it is a poor reflection on your company that you cannot provide these documents.
