i logged a ticket a week ago as my top level rain 5g is only getting 30mps i have chased for a week and got no replies other than test suggestions all of which i have confirmed i have done with no improvement, the only way to get any meaningful response from rain is by posting here.
Rain - don't ask for my mail address, use your own references below. please can i have this actioned after a week. i am seeking a quote from MTN as your customer service is rubbish - every singe time
