Rain Latency Extremely bad

good day got a problem since a few weeks ago was hoping it will be fixed but yea..

since they changed the bands the latency has been so bad its not even worth it anymore to keep the service

the speeds in general was **** during the day and OK after 11pm , but for gaming it was great was not using it for downloading etc

but now even during the day the latency to local sites even been through the roof in the high 600+ that obviously translates even your gaming experience will be ****.

was always using band 38 earfcn 37900 and cell id 138/140 speeds was in the high 1mbs down and 5mbs up.

now since what ever they did none of the bands give good experience gaming wise with all bands 3/38 being useless ( also no LTE-A )

if this continues then there is no point in having this service as the sole purpose i have been using it for is now null

Tried a VPN?

I haven't noticed any latency issues, nut never use it without a vpn.

My guess is it's their ramped up shaping - they analyse all traffic trying to detect video, vpns etc. Even changing dns servers can impact latency and max speed negatively. It's uncapped - but severely shaped.

speed was always **** so not having it was not a loss its the latency that's gone through the crapper

im using pi-hole as recursive dns for years without any problems only now what ever they changed using the dns from the service it self does not lower the latency

now for instance the latency is what it always was , after 6 it goes down the drain before it was never like that and it will stay **** till the next day
