Rain lte a no connection

Morning all. This morning I woke up and I have no access to internet. When i log into the modem it says connected and all but when i try and access any webpage it says dns_probe_finished_bad_config. Anyone else that has experienced this? Thank you

Yes, no connection. Putting in my own DNS server fixed my issue for now. All back to normal now it seems.

There seems to be a general outage. Spoke to afrihost now

I was working fine on a website - last minute things - only to find my internet not working at all. Lost all my changes as i was editing the website live. In any case I only realized way later that my internet is down. Which was a surprise as it is never down especially with all lights on router showing green and normal. Restarted router and still no joy - used my mobile as hotspot for about 5mins - connected back to rain and it worked.

PS I have always used google DNS

I have also been experiencing this, since last week actually. I can't get on to the internet, have reset the router a few times, not winning.
