Rain LTE-A problems from Friday

It seems December is going to be very long if one can do just nothing on the internet. Cannot even get emails.
This is my speed and that on the 1st day after I got my new data for the month. About 1KB/s.

I did report this to Afrihost and no response after 2 days. They only said they with contact Rain.
