Hi there,

I have been with RAIN since launch (Webafrica).

Yesterday my signal dropped on the router from 3 bars to 1. The router has never moved for over 6 months.

Download speed: 0.02 currently

I was getting constant speeds of 45Mbps

What can I do? Any help appreciated.

Can't do much, log a fault with Webafrica.

My guess would be is that the tower you connected to is faulty or completely down. You're probably connecting to a different tower further away at the moment.

Like werny said, it sounds like a network issue. You can always try a Poynting antenna to improve signal strength, but that may be a waste of money if the tower comes back up.
