I'm really starting to resent RAIN. I've never had speed issues, it was great, then they went and over sold and left us all (fixed LTE) with a big middle finger to stare at. Terrible business ethic. I went from paying R799 per month for a fast, stable, capped connection over 30Mbps+ to getting 2Mbps at best, usually it's less. Let's not even talk about upload speeds...

He could be. But also, he could be at an LTE-A site with good backhaul.
I have decent signal but probably an over-utilized backhaul link. My speeds have degraded over the months.

Impressive. I use a B615 also. But my speeds are nothing like that. I even resorted to chucking in my Telkom sim into the B615 and get 26Mbps

I have the B315... if your signal is not fine, then go for it.
I have great signal but RAIN has so oversold this product that the congestion makes evenings unbearable.

Just my inputs, looks like I trump you all with crappy speeds (all May this year, but nothing has improved much):

Just a side note, until I actually went over to Afrihost the speed was decent (10Mbps). I was happy with this, being on Iburst before, bit since Afrihost took over, I have to reboot my router daily and put up with speeds worse than Iburst. In my first week at Afrihost, I had more issues than I did for 6 years with Iburst. And it's Iburst for crying out loud...

Gents what the best antenna to buy for Rain LTE? (B618) is there any new antenna's out on the market (worth the money.. i'm worried to buy just any of these "china antenna's" I've seen video's where they open it up and it's just a piece of odd wire on the inside.. sometimes not even connected.

Is there one that has the connectors on already ?
