Rain LTE sim

I have a Rain 5 G router with a Lte Rain sim deal , that needs a UPS, to power it during load shedding. Until I can get one to buy I have a D LINK router that has a Telkom Lte sim as back with prepaid data on it. . During load shedding I use a cable that connects to a power bank and pretty much stays on for the 3 hours (D link modem. I used the RAIN 5 G sim in the D link during load shedding and it worked great. Last week for some reason I can not get the Rain card to work in the D LINK anymore. It just showed "Connected but no internet." If I put the Telkom Lte card in it connects 100 % . Any ideas on this.
