Rain Mobile launches Alpha trial

This does not make sense to me, if it's a trail for the sim .. why are other isp's then offering it.. so basically then everyone is 'testing' it for them.. make then sense why so many having problems and why they now have locked down the sim's to certain devices.

It is to test their mobile network not their fix LTE service.
