Hi I have been struggling for 2 weeks with my rain network, for some reason I keep losing network every 30 minutes and the router remains on and not reseting or showing any signs of losing network. This is frustrating because I can't perform my work duties and connect to meetings.
 
Your outlet doesn't have the device to swap with and this means I will continue to struggle, while my account is fully paid and I'm not getting any service and I have to work from someone else's house
