Rain Shaping YouTube Speeds?

Nothing back from Afrihost. Was trying to watch a 1080p YouTube video last night and it just choked. Did a speedtest immediately and got this:



Come on, Rain. This is just BS.

It is rain . I experienced this YouTube slow down for months on all devices. It was the reason I cancelled rain and went with another provider because the internet was basically unusable.

Tested on Rain 4G and 5G no issues glad this has been fixed.

Lucky you. My situation with Rain has dropped to unprecedented bad levels. I am now getting speeds of about 2Mbps down, feckall up. Tried rebooting, etc. no change.

I have ordered an MTN Fixed Wireless sim. If it works as expected I will boot Rain out of my life.
