Rain sim Activation

We requested a sales call and were contacted. We provided all details over the phone and the details were filled in for us.

This all happened on a Friday and We recieved the sim today (on Monday). We have a 4G router and the sim is in. It seems our sim isn't active yet? How long does this take and is the sim activated on delivery?

I dont know if we have a rain acc because the opp handelinge the sales call did it for us.My father gave his details and we took the R479 4G package and then my father was billed from his debit card and the sim arrived but our WiFi is not active
