"Hello, Ive recently purchased a Rain sim card. The website states it will take around 2 to 3 hours to activate. I was also told by the courier it would take about 3 hours. I also received an sms about 2 hours after receiving the sim card saying it had been activated. On the Rain Dashboard it says that the "Device is currently offline". I cant connect with it using a mobile router. I have already set up a profile for it and changed the APN settings as the Rain website suggested. I did this yesterday at around 5pm. So it has been about 17 hours since being told it has been activated yet Im still unable to use it."
