I signed up for the Rain One Home package and received it with two SIM cards. I only used SIM 1 initially, and didn’t activate SIM 2 for about a month — it ended up expiring.
I contacted Rain and they sent a replacement SIM for SIM 2, RICA'd and confirmed activation, but it’s been 9 days since I received it and the SIM still has no network signal.
I’ve contacted the call centre multiple times and they keep saying the switch-over is still being processed, but there’s been no progress or update since and the technical team never calls. I have called the call centre maybe 20 times in the last 9 days.
Would appreciate any help or escalation — 9 days without service on a paid product is unacceptable.
