Rain sim not working

I have received my rain Sim yesterday and they did activate it cos I did get sms. But when I insert the Sim on my mobile device is telling NO SIM so any can assist
 
Good Afternoon Rain Rep, we had a 23 hour power outage on Monday this week, since then my Rain Internet coverage has been intermittent at best but for the past day or so, no coverage at all. Fortunately I have a spare Telkom Sim which works immediately in the same Router. Is there a problem in the Randpark Ridge area? Perhaps my Rain Sim is damaged? I lodged a request using the Rain App. Ticket number: #11734584 Please advise.
