RAIN SIM RICA!!!

Bought Rain uncapped data on the 21st of this month haven't used it as of yet because I am stuck on "live face recognition" for my SIM to be RICAerd. Have emailed Rain but no one has contacted me yet.
Don't really know what to do
 
I am very disappointed at the low level of professionalism/incompetence I am receiving at Rain. The company was very quuck in deducting money from my account but it take forever to reimburse me.
Could someone one assist me please. I still believe that there are those within the Rain company that know how to do their work. Please ASSIST me. Call Reference Number is 5229573.

Hi @Nene13 I will look into the tickets number and advise what happened
 
i have recently requested a sim card replacement the sim card is still not active despite being delivered. when i login to track my orders the sim card is still queued for deliver. how can i have a sim card in my hand but Rain has no record that it was delivered. i have send numerous support ticket with no luck
