Good day

I completed the RICA process and got to the "high five! You've RICAed!" screen but the order status is still on "Queued For RICA". When I click on the "Rica now" button it shows me a dialog box informing "check your messages – tap the link in the SMS we sent you to get going" but clicking on the link results in a web-page saying "Already Completed"

Could you possibly help?
