That doesn't work. It takes at least 24 hours before you even a response a another reply 24 hours for them to respond to your reply.As per Title, if you have issues please go to https://www.rain.co.za/support for support
Hi @diemikesterWhat's going on with the Rain app and website? There is no where to log a support ticket anymore. The customer service seems to be going backwards.
It's just Rain being RainWhat is going on with the internet? For the last few days it keeps disconnecting and it is so slow when it comes back on. Why is it so difficult to get hold of someone from Rain when there are issues with the internet?
