That doesn't work. It takes at least 24 hours before you even a response a another reply 24 hours for them to respond to your reply.

I remember reporting no signal once, only to get a reply and 10 days later after my connection had returned. Along the lines of "I just checked towers, everything seems to be running fine on our end etc"
 
Can anyone give me advise on what I can do to get my 5g sim activated? It's been 24 hours now after receiving the delivery and the sim is still not activated. The rain portal still shows the order as queued for delivery, @rain_mobile and @rain_networks are ignoring my messages and Rain support just gives me a support ticket. I'm close to just canceling everything and requesting a refund.

What's going on with the Rain app and website? There is no where to log a support ticket anymore. The customer service seems to be going backwards.
 
What is going on with the internet? For the last few days it keeps disconnecting and it is so slow when it comes back on. Why is it so difficult to get hold of someone from Rain when there are issues with the internet?
 
Oh, and I am no longer doing PM's with Rain. All will be discussed via public platforms.

RAIN please restore my wifi, I have no internet despite having signal, website is saying insufficient data loaded on the Sim when I pay for a 4g uncapped on any device. My account is fully up to date, I have received terrible service in the past and if I am not helped I will be finding a new ISP.
 
I was able to find their LinkedIn page (had to go through the CEO) and it looks like one is able to log tickets there. Their support system is extremely poor. Last year it took months to resolve an issue and it seems like they have different teams who do not talk to one another, and they have no visibility on prior interactions.
 
Been having troubles over and over. Again! no signal on both phone sim and router. Have to switch off and on again every 10 minutes. Constantly move the thing, because they can't keep to any promises and service delivery. Best of all is the condescending and arrogance from the reps/service staff, they think the users are stupid and can't do anything right, all the users fault. I'm now definitely canceling this **** internet service that can not deliver anything they promise. I'm paying for a service that I am not getting at all.
