Remember that Rain is one of the few companies that does backward billing. They bill you at the end of the month for that month's service. Most other companies bill you on the first instead to make sure they get their money.

If you're billed now after you cancelled at the end of last month then it's correct, if you cancelled 2 months ago, then something's up.
