I had my router replaced becaus my previouse one got damaged and rain was quick to assist, however this new router its not registered and i cant connext to the internet, ive been trying to get in contact with the support guys but no luck, and tgey not even getting back to me
 
Rain, double debited my account for April. I struggled since the 1st of May to get hold of the billing department, to resolve and refund the extra deduction, no one came back to me. I have debit orders to go through, now it cannot go through because of the double deduction.
 
I have ordered a 101 home router from rain it's due to be delivered tomorrow, however I can't seem to find my ID and I have tried doing a temporary at the home affairs but their system is down. Is it possible to do an affidavit at the SAPS and submit it in order to receive my package?

If you have a drivers license, you can use that as your ID as well.
