@rain_billing @rain_mobile - You guys took off my payment for august, but my rain sim is now deactivated from the looks of things as i cannot see it on the portal anymore.

It is impossible to contact support via any means, so i want to know what's going on ?

Is my rain sim now cancelled or not ?

The portal says next invoice is 1 Sept.

You better not take more money from me or there will be charges laid for theft.

@rain_mobile @rain_networks I joined Rain a week ago, the connection worked perfectly for the week but now it says that it cannot connect. It says that the device is currently offline. I called the call centre and they advised that there is no 5G network in the area and cannot assist me. Can I downgrade the line to a 4G account instead if that will be more stable?
