Rain's payment options?

I'm keen on trying Rain's mobile (not fixed) LTE, but don't find info. on their payment options either on their website or searching the MyBB forum.

Can someone who uses their service please advise if either / both internet transfer (EFT) or paying monthly by debit card are offered? (I cancelled my credit card earlier this year, and wouldn't be keen on a debit order).

Does any one know when they debit your account, cause I see mine is showing I own but no debit never when off even though there is money in my account and now my speed is throttled like crazy and there support is none existing at this point.
