Rains Super shitty service

I don't know how these things work, but I'm sure they do throttle or something on the 5G unlimited. I can do a speed test and get 200mbs. Then 1min later my son start to download a game on PS4. Now downloading from PlayStation is normally max 4mbs, but when he download a game we can barely watch Netflix on one other device on low quality. So what happened to the other 196mbs?

It's been more than a week I guess rain is never gonna fix the no network issue.

Yesterday we had a 12 hour blackout stolen panel/power lines.

After power was restored I noticed I had signal like I had before I started getting services it worked for a while then it was back to the same no service.

I dunno if the tower needs to be restarted or something.

Took a 10min screen recording you can see how unstable it is

Also manually selecting rain seems to make it find network quicker from the screen recording I could see it was trying to connect to Telkom and once band 41.

* The fpw was higher after power almost 2x as much then back to no signal
